Do you want to learn how to tailor your health and fitness to meet your body’s genetics and biology? You are in the right place. My name is Virginia, and I struggled with my weight for decades. The doctors were baffled as my weight kept climbing from 120 pounds to 197 pounds. I was morbidly obese and miserable! My 4 foot 10 inch frame was crumbling under my weight. I tried every diet and many diet pills. My doctors even prescribed injectable weight loss medicines, like ozempic. Nothing helped me. This led me into a dark depression for many months. One day, as I was scrolling through YouTube, I happened across a video about intermittent fasting, continuous glucose monitoring, and exercise planning. I knew I couldn’t exercise the way Thomas DeLauer was doing; he is a body builder after all. But, I thought I could at least walk around my couch once per an hour. Then, I started implementing the intermittent fasting techniques, followed by continuous glucose monitoring. I began losing visceral fat; this meant the numbers on the scale were going down.
